These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, streaming services, Android Auto and Android Automotive OS applications, forms, communications, and other digital services operated by Light & Truth Radio.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the applicable service.

For purposes of these Terms, “Light & Truth Radio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Light & Truth Radio and the services we operate.

Our primary operations are located in Madisonville, Kentucky, United States.

These Terms apply to Light & Truth Radio services including:

• The Light & Truth Radio mobile application
• Light & Truth Radio Auto for Android Auto
• Light & Truth Radio for Android Automotive OS
• Live and on-demand radio streaming, where available

• Text-message communications
• Other digital features operated by Light & Truth Radio

Certain third-party services may also have their own terms and policies.

2. Intended Use

Light & Truth Radio provides Christian radio programming, ministry content, music, information, community announcements, and related services.

You may use our services for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use our services in a manner that:

• Violates applicable law
• Interferes with the operation or security of our systems
• Attempts to obtain unauthorized access to our services
• Introduces malicious software or harmful code
• Attempts to defeat security measures

• Falsely represents your identity or affiliation

3. Radio Streaming

Light & Truth Radio provides Internet audio streaming as a convenience to listeners.

Streaming availability may depend upon:

• Your Internet connection
• Mobile or Wi-Fi service
• Third-party streaming providers
• Device compatibility
• Server availability
• Maintenance
• Broadcast equipment
• Network conditions
• Other circumstances outside our control

We do not guarantee that a stream will be uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available, or perfectly synchronized with our over-the-air broadcast.

Temporary interruptions, buffering, delays, or changes in programming may occur.

4. Android Auto and Android Automotive OS

Light & Truth Radio provides applications designed for compatible Android Auto and Android Automotive OS systems.

Compatibility and functionality may vary according to:

• Vehicle manufacturer
• Vehicle software
• Android version
• Android Auto version
• Android Automotive OS version
• Google Play availability
• Internet connectivity
• Device configuration

Some controls, layouts, artwork, notifications, or other interface elements are controlled by Google, Android, or the vehicle manufacturer rather than Light & Truth Radio.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every vehicle, phone, head unit, or future operating-system version.

Safe Driving

Our automotive applications are intended to provide audio entertainment with minimal driver interaction.

You are responsible for operating your vehicle safely and complying with applicable traffic and distracted-driving laws.

Do not interact with a device or application in a manner that distracts you from driving.

5. Mobile Data and Internet Charges

Use of our websites, mobile applications, streaming services, and automotive applications may require Internet access and consume mobile data.

Your Internet, cellular, or other service provider may charge you for data usage.

Light & Truth Radio is not responsible for charges imposed by your Internet, cellular, vehicle-connectivity, or telecommunications provider.

6. Program Information and Metadata

Our applications may display information such as:

• Program names
• Song titles
• Artist names
• Album information
• Speaker or preacher names
• Station artwork
• Other broadcast metadata

This information may originate from automation systems, streaming providers, broadcasters, content suppliers, or other sources.

Although we seek to provide accurate information, metadata can occasionally be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or out of synchronization with the audio.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or timing of all displayed metadata.

7. Public Service Announcements

Light & Truth Radio may accept requests for Public Service Announcements through an online form or other means.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an announcement will be broadcast.

Light & Truth Radio retains editorial discretion regarding:

• Whether an announcement will be accepted
• How an announcement will be written or edited
• When it will air
• How often it will air
• How long it will remain in rotation

We may decline requests that are inappropriate, incomplete, inaccurate, commercial in nature, inconsistent with our programming policies, or otherwise unsuitable for broadcast.

The person submitting an announcement is responsible for providing accurate information and having authority to submit that information.

You grant Light & Truth Radio permission to edit, reproduce, announce, and distribute information you intentionally submit for public broadcast to the extent reasonably necessary to prepare and air the announcement.

8. Donations

Donations to Light & Truth Radio are voluntary.

When you make a donation, you agree to provide accurate information necessary to process the transaction.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Light & Truth Radio does not control the independent operation of third-party payment systems.

Donation Designations

Where we allow donors to indicate a ministry, project, fund, purpose, or other designation, we will seek to honor such designations consistent with applicable law and organizational requirements.

Circumstances may occasionally require administrative handling consistent with the organization's charitable purposes and legal obligations.

Refunds

If you believe a donation was made in error or without authorization, please contact Light & Truth Radio promptly.

Refund requests will be considered based on the circumstances, applicable payment-processor rules, and applicable law.

Tax Matters

Any receipt provided by Light & Truth Radio is intended to document the transaction.

Light & Truth Radio does not provide individual tax or legal advice. You are responsible for determining the tax treatment of your donation and should consult a qualified professional if necessary.

Our services may allow you to contact Light & Truth Radio by:

You agree not to use these methods for unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious communications.

If you voluntarily enroll in a Light & Truth Radio text-message service, you agree to receive messages relating to the program or purpose described when you enroll.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier.

Where applicable, you may opt out of a messaging program using the instructions provided with that program.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of making a donation or accessing ordinary Light & Truth Radio programming.

11. Push Notifications

Our mobile application may offer push notifications.

You may generally enable or disable push notifications using your device settings.

We may change, discontinue, or modify notification categories or functionality at any time.

12. Maps and Directions

Our services may provide maps, addresses, or links to directions.

Maps and routing features may be supplied by independent third-party mapping providers.

Light & Truth Radio does not guarantee:

• Route accuracy
• Travel times
• Road conditions
• GPS accuracy
• Business or destination information
• Safety of a particular route

You are responsible for following road signs, laws, and safe driving practices rather than relying solely on electronic navigation.

13. Third-Party Services

Examples may include services provided by GoodBarber, Google, Stripe, RadioMast, and other technology providers.

Those services are operated independently and may have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

Light & Truth Radio is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, policies, security, or content of third-party services.

14. Links to External Websites

Light & Truth Radio may provide links to external websites for convenience or informational purposes.

A link does not necessarily mean that Light & Truth Radio endorses every statement, product, service, or practice found on the linked website.

You access third-party websites at your own discretion and subject to their terms and policies.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Light & Truth Radio name, station branding, logos, artwork, website material, application graphics, original written content, and other materials created by or for Light & Truth Radio are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use our services for ordinary personal listening and viewing.

You may not, without appropriate permission:

• Reproduce substantial portions of our proprietary content
• Republish our proprietary materials
• Sell or commercially exploit our content
• Misrepresent yourself as Light & Truth Radio
• Use our logos or branding in a misleading manner
• Create unauthorized services that falsely appear to be endorsed by Light & Truth Radio

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Light & Truth Radio intellectual property to the user.

16. Third-Party Programming and Copyright

Some music, programs, sermons, syndicated programming, artwork, or other content carried by Light & Truth Radio may be owned or licensed by third parties.

Your ability to listen to content through our services does not grant you ownership or redistribution rights in that content.

Unauthorized recording, reproduction, rebroadcasting, redistribution, or commercial use may violate copyright or other applicable laws.

17. User-Submitted Material

If you voluntarily submit text, event information, comments, photographs, audio, documents, or other material to Light & Truth Radio for a particular purpose, you represent that:

• You have the right to provide the material

You retain ownership of material that belongs to you.

However, when you intentionally submit material for publication, broadcast, promotion, or public-service use, you give Light & Truth Radio permission to use, edit, reproduce, display, broadcast, or distribute it as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was submitted.

Your use of our services is also governed by the Light & Truth Radio Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain personal information and how individuals may exercise applicable privacy rights.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our programming is generally available to listeners of all ages.

However, features involving donations, forms, contractual transactions, or submission of personal information should be used by individuals who are legally capable of doing so or with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.

20. Service Changes

Light & Truth Radio may:

• Change streaming providers
• Change application functionality
• Update station information
• Modify application compatibility
• Suspend portions of a service for maintenance
• Discontinue a service

We are not obligated to maintain every feature indefinitely.

21. Application Updates

Older versions may stop functioning if changes occur to operating systems, app stores, streaming infrastructure, or related services.

We encourage users to keep applications and operating systems reasonably current.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Light & Truth Radio services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantee that:

• Services will always be available
• Streaming will always be uninterrupted
• Information will always be error-free
• Every application will work with every device or vehicle
• Third-party services will remain available
• Technical problems will never occur

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Light & Truth Radio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from circumstances such as:

• Service interruption
• Loss of Internet connectivity
• Device incompatibility
• Third-party service failure
• Lost or delayed communications
• Inaccurate metadata
• Reliance on mapping information
• Unauthorized third-party activity beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, if your unlawful use of our services or material you knowingly submit in violation of these Terms causes Light & Truth Radio to face a third-party claim, you may be responsible for losses reasonably resulting from that conduct.

This provision does not limit rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

• Probe systems without authorization

If mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country provide rights that conflict with these Terms, those mandatory rights remain applicable to the extent required by law.

If Light & Truth Radio does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the provision or our right to enforce it later.
